Rates

Our prices are among the best in the area for 3 star quality accommodations. During the high season (July 1 - September 3) they start at $140.00 for a 1 bedroom cottage, $160/night for a 2 bedroom, and $190/night for a 3 bedroom cottage (based on 4 adults). The above rates are for 2 people and there is an additional $20/night fee for each extra person based on the two night minimum stay. Weekly, long term, and off-season rates are also available. There is no charge for children. All these rates are for a minimum of two nights.



Off-Season Special Offer


During the off-season periods (May 1-31) we offer a special rate of $112/night in a 1 bedroom cottage, $128/night in a 2 bedroom and deluxe cottage and $152/night in 3 bedroom cottage. All these rates are for a minimum of two nights.

June 1-30 and September 3 - October 31 the rates are $119/night in a 1 bedroom cottage, $136/night in a 2 bedroom and deluxe cottage and $162/night in 3 bedroom cottage. All these rates are for a minimum of two nights.

Smoke-Free Atmosphere. All our cottages are smoke and pet free for the benefit of all our guests. Although smoking is prohibited within the cottages you are free to smoke on your deck or on the grounds around the cottages.
